Shannon would a HUGE sell. Cant say that enough. Sucks that FSU is looking too. Would he want to come to the school that essentially got him fired though? Maybe he has hard feelings for us. Or maybe he'd love to get sweet revenge by beating them for the next two years.

Shannon is a Miami guy. Throw out $ reasons, and it's probably harder for him to swallow working at FSU than it would be USF.

I hope our Willie gets Randy

I think there will be some stiff competition for our Willie and Woody to get Randy. If we stick it out there, and he takes it, well then it might be a great fit for everyone. We need to keep one eye on this monster and all time and just hope no one chokes out our opportunity. FSU may be hard up for a D coordinator, but we stay firm in our commitment.

There's little to no chatter concerning Shannon to FSU. If it does happen, it will be a complete shock.

I'm up here but I've heard nothing on local media outlets suggesting it's more than one possibility among many. Can't say it won't happen but I'm not overly concerned about it.
