I also agree with this.  I'm okay if we stick with who we have but wouldn't hate a change either.  We've had flashes of greatness and then a lot of not so much.

Well I'll say the prior coach couldn't for the defense. Golesh if any good should get the talent in here on defense to fix this.  We need HS talent what we can get in portal...most are here cause they can't get on the field at prior school.  Can't fix this with the portal.

I feel it's the coach's playcalling and lack of adjustments that is our main problem. Besides the secondary, I don't think the defense is that bad. Even with the secondary, I'm seeing way more players out of place than simply getting beat. We have surpassed most of our stats from last year with 3 games remaining. Most of the secondary players are CJS recruits. I see many transferring out this year.

That doesn't mean much comparing against the worst defense in FBS.

You can't adjust and call plays for talent that you know can't execute those calls. Or maybe you do and you get lit up like the last few games.

This DC clearly doesn't understand football, and doesn't understand how to call plays which play to the strengths of our players.

I would shed no tears if Todd Orlando is with another school next year. Preferably UCF or another school in the American.

 It will be interesting to see what decision is made. Considering our schedule this defense is as bad or worse compared to last year.

I don't know what the decision should be, but it will be an important one for Golesh. Need the defense to be at least serviceable next year
