Just changed a rental for Ft Worth for the WBB conference tournament. It was slightly over $100 less than the original booking which I had made months ago.  So there is hope.

Ahhh…well that’s good to hear. I’ll need one for the Gator game but that’s only for 24 hours. I do use a rental a lot when in Tampa though (drives to Pinellas County).

Just wondering. When have you last been on campus?  We drove my wife's cousins through there the other day. Looks pretty vibrant to us and them. They were very impressed.  Newer buildings have gone up. The IPF skeleton was there. They thought the Yuengling Center, baseball/softball and soccer facilities all looked great.

Poor terminology, I meant to add to the vibrancy of our preeminent institution and make it even more aesthetically pleasing to our beloved student body and alumni.

I’m fortunate in that I live in Tampa and have Moffitt as one of my accounts so I get to drive through campus quite a bit.  The campus is almost unrecognizable since I was there in ‘86.  I find myself driving through campus even more now to check on the IPF.

I was there in 86 as well and it is not even close to the same university on so many levels. The infrastructure is very impressive.

The little trailer that was the book store is still there.  Seems like a lifetime ago.

😂😂, that was pretty embarrassing. In 85 the book store was in the Marshall Center…a little corner store that had about 10 shirts and a few sweat bottoms. I remember going in there as a student and literally finding nothing to buy.

We have friends (alumni) that were season ticket holders and have never been back on campus because there was no reason to go.

No.

Because we've basically sucked for the most part of a decade or we aren't playing on campus?

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
