Hips have been replaced. Knees would be next but since I don't run anymore because of the hips no real reason for the knees at this point.  And, yes, kids are on the Approved list.  I was a Big Brother at one time and passed their criteria. My daughter even lets me see the grandkids.

I was pretty sure on you being allowed around kids however just wanted to make sure before we named you Head coach.  I stopped running as well, do circuit training but make sure not to do any knee impact exercises (jumping)They currently are in really good shape but obviously that will change as the years continue to fly by.

Well, I’m done beating a dead horse. when that horse has gotten his stall rights extended and the owner is fine with the stink from it keeping everyone out of the barn. Best thing to do is not go to the barn.

Murphy would be no big loss. He's one dimensional on offense and doesn't create shots for others as a point guard.

Because he's not a true point guard. But, the shots are there off of the penetration, it's just that nobody is hitting them with any consistency.
