I really don't see us being left out in the cold. How terrible would it be if all former aq schools were in the power 5 but USF?

Just on pure numbers I think we find a home in either big 12 or acc, wherever fsu isn't. Miami isn't enough if a Florida presence for the acc, and the big 12 would be adding a market in Florida, which they clearly want in fsu. So I think we're tied to fsu in a backwards way, if that makes sense.

Makes perfect since and I completely agree. If the ACC looses FSU then the ACC will be forced to accept our application. If FSU decides to stay in the ACC then i think the BIG 12 has to look our way.

However the likely hood of the ACC taking us is far greater than the BIG 12 taking us IMO.

As much as I dislike USF from a rivalry standpoint, I would be an idiot to not recognize the potential of USF. Some of you should do the same when it comes to UCF. Both schools have MASSIVE potential. The upside is ridiculous. Just imagine how good these two schools could be IF.... .... .... they weren't coached by Skip Holtz and GOL.

i agree with this 100%. UCF and USF as a pair are even stronger IMO.

I doubt any conference takes us both. ACC schools would vomit. Don't think we're up to their academic standard. Big 12 however academics aren't as important.
