  1. I was dying laughing watching this, thinking it was an SNL skit or something. Then when it kept going and going...I suddenly realized, this was not a joke. That song was supposed to be legitimate. Wow.
  2. The source seems random as hell. However...it is odd that the Texas series was never officially announced by the school, but the BYU series was. It is probably jusy wishful thinking on my part though.
  3. It is great to see the flashes from the guys that Taggart has brought in. The young guys looked fantastic. It is going to be a long season as our best players are all freshman. Skip left this team with the talent of a bad 1AA program. But, the future is VERY bright.
  4. Rod Strickland was one of my favorite NBA players of all time. Tim Hardaway was always number one for me growing up. This is awesome news. I am liking this hire more and more everyday.
  5. I haven't gotten the email yet and my priority points rank me in the top 10% of all season ticket accounts. So, I don't think that they are prioritizing them that way as others have speculated throughout the thread.
  6. We didn't win anything. Congrats to those who did though.
  7. Scout is reporting it too? Which site? USF site backed the story on Twitter from OSU 247 guy. Not sure who there, I guess Larry's gone but they still use his name. Any new thread posted on USFnation generates a tweet from Larry's twitter account. Its not him reporting it on behalf of Scout. A poster created a thread with that title and it was tweeted out. I could go create a thread now that says USF to the SEC on his site and it would generate a tweet stating that. Well that's kind of a ****ed up policy. They are sending out tweets with random information which may or may not be true with their name on it ? That kid of creates more than a small credibility problem, I would say. I just created a thread about you. Watch for the tweet...

  9. I have one on my Navi and a Iconic U chrome plate on the front. My wife has a Bucs tag on her car.
  10. I keep thinking the same thing. The most heralded D Coordinator we have ever had was Mark Snyder and we only had him for one year. He was a head coach at Marshall and was fired. He was the D Coordinator at Ohio State when the refs gave them a national title vs Miami with a phantom pass interference call.Wally Burnham had a lot of experience too. But, last year our D Coordinator was Chris freaking Cosh. Now we go hire a guy who has been an NFL coach for 2 decades. Been promoted to D Coordinator 3 different times with 2 organizations. Was the D Coordinator of a team that made the Super Bowl...and we are complaining? Is he **** Lebeau or Monte Kiffin? No. But honestly, I was surprised at how poorly Kiffin did out at Southern Cal. You just never know. But, this guy's resume is by far the best of any coach we have ever had in this program. His resume is miles more impressive than Willie Taggart's even. I just don't get the negativity.
  11. Rick Stroud †@ NFLSTROUD Much speculation today that Cooper may pursue an opportunity on the University of South Florida coaching staff, but nothing confirmed Ron Cooper still coming?
  12. Here is the connection. Jim Harbaugh was the QB Coach of the Raiders in 2003. Bresnehan was the D Coordinator of the Raiders in 2003. I guarantee you that Jim Harbaugh helped Willie Taggart a lot of help with this hire. The 2 guys who were offered the job are both connected to Harbaugh.
  13. Chuck Bresnahan Chuck Bresnahan has spent almost 30 years in the NFL and major college football coaching defense. After helping Georgia Tech to the 1990 National Championship, Bresnaham moved on to coach with the Cleveland Browns, Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Bengals and two different stints with the Oakland Raiders, including serving as their defensive coordinator last season. Bresnahan has coached Hall of Famer Rod Woodson and numerous Pro Bowlers, including Charles Woodson, Pepper Johnson, Justin Smith and Dhani Jones. Now, he trains the next generation of stars at FBU!
