Wonder if the coaches ever got their 15% salary decrease back??  That house is old Florida Spanish cool looking plus waterfront. If he rents...the writing is on the wall. Head coaches of 2 main sports both selling houses?? Interesting...Sure could be selling on the high but...he will have to buy on the high if he is staying in Tampa??? USF certainly has a lot of drama revolving around its athletics. Guess it gives us TBP folk something to wonder about page after page after page...

I believe he has one kid left and she is gone soon. They could be downsizing. I can only imagine what their electric bills look like.

Bought in 2017 for 1.75m, selling 4 years later for 2.125

That's 5% a year gross, not including the cost to maintain a 7k sqft place year after year, nor does it include sales commissions

I dont understand what I would even do with 7k sqft other than dump money into upkeep/utilities/furnishings. 

This sounds like a money pit.
