His budget is $3.5 million or roughly $1.4 million more than FAU was using to pay the same people before they termed them.

What’s the point of raising the pool if all we do is hire fired people that were making 50 percent less with it? Seems we only needed a pool of around $1.5 million and we could have invested the other two million into only losing a few million every season.

We have no idea how good or bad of a head coach he will be, but getting kids interested is the first step.

We could have likely atleast gotten them for a little more than they were making at FAU atleast. Save that money for big raises if they produce like we hope they do, now if a big program comes we might not have as much money to atleast match. First, do we have the salaries the several FAU coaches were making last year and what we're paying them? Second, they were "fired" because they were too successful so stop acting like this is CCS's 2019 staff we're talking about ...

But we can still make fun of xCWT and his staff for getting legit fired, right? And doubly for anyone who isn’t good enough to get anything better than sloppy seconds at FAU? Sure the starting action to their unemployment was their boss getting hired away but he could have taken them with him or CWT could have kept them. I’m not acting like they are the worst of all time just that it would seem that since the pool was considerably lower at FAU and that they were all unemployed that we probably could have gotten them cheaper or that there was perhaps a better bang for our buck out there. Their market suggests we over paid.
