Maybe Leavitt is going to FAU to clean up his image and then he is hired back here in 3 years after Kerwin Bell leaves us to take the UF gig after Mullen is fired after the gators lose to USF for the second consecutive year.

I still don't see it happening, but if anything is working in Leavitt's favor, it's the amount of coach openings this go round. Lot of competition around CFB for good coaching hires.

Why would one of the Clemson guys take a non P5 job when they will have P5 offers? When we were still in the Big East with a BCS bowl tie in, maybe, but not in the current environment.
