Fair point...but we can only hire someone that has mutual interest and that can be more challenging if you think that top assistants in the power 5 will want a non P5 job. Ok, so he is an experienced player. Doesn't have anything to do with being OC. I dont like USF being in the habit of on the job training. I'd like to leave that for lower levels.
