Basically he is saying we have a square hole. Round block didn't fit. Let's try the triangle. 

How about change the scheme.

From your lips to g-d’s ears he needs to make modifications and if he ever miracles his way to a great line here he can consider running his offense again.

They start somewhere and then work hard and progress; they aren’t simply promoted countless levels because they are lifelong friends of the coach in charge. KB goes out of his way to prove to us every week just how bad of a hire he was.
