I agree that the team can play better, but will they or is this is as good as it gets for this group? What if we have already seen the best of this group and they have plateaued? Plateaued? Man we just getting started. I feel the team's issues are rythm, timing and simply mental. All of those things get better through time, practice and game experience. Ill admit, this is more of a rebuilding year than i thought, but this is also one of the deepest team we've had in terms of talent which is why we are 5-0 and shall keep winning my friend. Ya gotta have faith in the footballs Gods and they shall bless us lol

I do analysis for a publically traded company and know fool’s gold when I see it. Having said that we are 5-0 regardless of how we have gotten there. I just think the combination of playing 5 of 7 games on the road, stepping up in competition soon and knowing how poor our defense is leads me to believe that a 7-0 start should be doable but expect to lose 4 of our last 5. Even if we lose only 3 of 5 I think it still illustrates my point that this team isn’t as good as it’s record and that we’re going to see the team get exposed in some pretty ugly ways - that’s being realistic. i hope I am wrong, but I don’t think I’m wrong. Go back and read my reasoning for why the wheels are going to fall off and then read your 5-0! arguement and tell me whose light on facts which, to use your words, is to help shape the state of things as they actually exist. Big thumbs down Triple B. I mean enjoy the 5-0 start but you're getting so drunk on the record it's impairing your ability see reality. Can a prognostication be reality? I guess people say perception is reality but in the end even if you think you have the best observations and rational view of the subject, you are still just speculating . If anyone was actually good at it Vegas would have far less sportsbooks and there would be far more guarantees than odds.

If being a realist is simply acknowledging a 5-0 start then everyone can get on board with that. You are right though that predicting isn’t a reality. But using facts that are in evidence - current reality - is the basis for the prediction. I never made the statement that the prediction was reality, although I feel like that it or something very close to it will happen. So not sure how “reality” plays a part in my “prediction” other than how I laid it out. To your last point, I think it’’s ironic that Vegas has or will have USF as underdogs in those games. Anyway, let’s watch the games but based on what I’ve SEEN I THINK we will see a few L’s come as the competition gets tougher. I can’t say that you are necessarily wrong but sometimes our most informed perceptions of what will be reality ends up varying widely from what ends up being reality, just ask Madam President. There is a chance we lose some along the way but I think it’s worth staying tuned.
