Sooooo, if there was no ucf we would not be going all in on South Florida?  I am not a fan of the reasoning but whatever, it will always be USF for me.  To each thier own.

The back and forth isn't good for marketing, but really they should be able to be synonymous.  I don't think CS is the right guy to lead the charge unless he's planning on sticking around for the long haul.

It's only been 62 years.  You can't rush something as important as your school name!!!

For those of us outside of Florida, it's a no win situation.  As others have said, people do not identify "South Florida" on a shirt as being a university, nor do they know what USF is or stands for.  Either option requires a conversation, then an elaborate explanation why I went to school there!

I'm not sure people in NJ and NY understand there is life outside the Hudson River.  I don't hold them to a very high standard.  Except you of course.

Are you in Long Valley as in Washington Twp?  Pretty part of the state.
