they did approach Frost first(see my posts in this thread like 10 pages ago) but he stalled on them, then they went to Kelly got rejected, and went back running to Frost again for the final rejection

 

It's Nebraska or stay at UCF for Frost. Doubt he even considers the other openings

ESPN states there has been a major mushroom cloud when Schiano was mentioned for Tenn. They speculated that the deal may not get done due to all the opposition against the hire.
