A)it wasn’t that long ago we were super excited just to get to a bowl. 

B)We have 0 proven depth at QB and lose a ton on defense.. it may be the aac, but  Kean/Oladukin don’t pan out and we are instantly in trouble.

There are the ones like UConn played in and lost $1.5 million or something like that.

Extra practices can be important. We were crying for them during the bad years.
