So asked my wife if we could buy a mega yacht. She said we can see if it's feasible. I'm stoked!

usf may have already done a feasiblity study on it .... seems like they're having one done every other month.

Q: Is it feasible?

A: No

Ask again next month.

They use very scientific methods.

Has to be built with shade overhangs or it will be a failure for day games like RJS is. Fans won't sit through noon games in the sun so USF needs to take the Rays ideas of using shade and cooling mist fans

we will not have the money to do that, so you can just remove it from your imagination now

I think we need to start with a 40K capacity stadium. It has to have a bowl feel with seating all the way around. I like the feel that if you're on the field you are surrounded by the crowd. I would rather have seats but I understand that for the price it would have to have number spots on bench seating.

Tulane has a OCS that cost $75M but only seats 30K. Trim a little of the luxury stuff they have and add 10K seats and we have a good start.

The MOSI property seems to be very prominent to the change.  55 K seat stadium with room for expansion. Going need parking garages.

It's unlikely that USF would obtain the MOSI property.

40-45K seating with easy expansion for when USF gets called up to the big leagues.
