keep our home winning % extremely high

baby steps. If there is one thing UCF has been consistent with, it's awesome tailgates.

But didn't Skip Holtz say the same thing about an OCS when he was at USF?

Whatever we build, it needs to be able to be roofed. Maybe not on Day One, but there really needs to be a provision for a roof/dome/retarct/whatever. This is Florida. It's GOING to rain. In bunches. And SHINE. All over ever'buddy! Besides, the right kind of roof can make the noise exquisitely painful!

This will be the minimum. We did the same with the student section a while back. My guess is 51,000

Me likey! VERY VERY likey!!

Aluminum benches in the corners and end zones, Individual seats between the 30's. And the seats should have plastic bottoms for coolness, and metal backs for noise. Imagine a back that kinda looked like this, but was hollow, like a cowbell. And then imagine 30K people sneaking in wooden drumsticks and beating on the chairback in front of them. DEAFENING!!!

WTF!?!?!?!??!

Stanford is built on top of a mountain, USF is virtually in a swamp. Dig 12 inches and you're going to get 10 inches of water

Seriously doubt it. Most likely location is the southeast corner of Maple and Holly

Put a few duckets on it?

I know I saw at least one person mention it.

Shaded seats (similar to soccer stadiums) are a must.

Also, needs to be bigger than UCiF, built to amplify crowd noise and be very distinctive on television. Other than that I just needs beer and I'm all set.

You got some inside info???

It's going to be a lot more expensive to relocate MOSI and knock down the building than to pave over a few tennis courts. Not to mention a huge pedestrian bridge

That place looks pretty good. Better than Ucf at least. Some people are dreaming too big with the pics of Oregon's stadium...that ain't happening. SMU would be a great model to use.

know it's the popular move to bash UCF's stadium but it's not as bad as you all make it out to be. And it's gotten a lot better with the improvements the last 2 seasons, specifically the sounds system with the HD board that got put in this season.

Also realize that the internal structures of Minnesota, FAU, and Doak are very similar's to UCF's stadium. Complete Facades on Day 1 are very expensive when you are on an AAC Budget

Beer won't be an issue as we already sell it at the Sun Dome and at the baseball stadium.
