I can't believe that it has been 20 yrs since we have started a football team, and that 55 also does come up rather quickly as I found out myself.  I have to say that it is a strange feeling to know things will go on without you.  I never met Mark, but my condolences to his loved ones.

 

BTW, anybody who is battling cardiovascular issues should check out the Pauling Therapy - paulingtherapy.com, vitamincfoundation.org, and hearttechnology.com are some good places to start.

He shared some good stories with me in Vegas about Coach Leavitt many years ago when we ran into each other watching a USF game at one of the hotels. You would never think less than a decade later that we would see this thread as he was full of life. Farewell and following seas Mark... You were a great Bulls alum! Even more though, thanks for serving your country...
