Nope .... and apparently that's not really needed to get an interview, even at P5's. He was also interviewed by Wisconsin the same year we hired him ..

Heck, if I was recruiting against USF, I would already be on the phone to our commits.  

you are blowing the recruiting aspect way out of proportion. Coaches interview all the time. This was true of temple's coach, Houston's coach, etc. This will not have any impact on recruiting.

According to McDouchebag, the South Carolina candidates are, Will Muschamp, Greg Schiano, Rich Rodriguez and Willie Taggart.

Will Muschamp didn't make it at UF. Why would SC want him? It looks especially bad when the new UF coach stepped right in and won.

Greg Schiano is not a hot commodity. Otherwise, he's be working right now.

Rich Rodriguez hasn't done anything since WV.

This leaves Willie Taggart. He doesn't look that bad. And then he could go cheap, too. Two turnarounds and high-octane offense?

Do we have the money to drop 3 mil. A year for Taggart on top of paying holtz? I just don't know if a program that gets 17k in the seats can afford 4 mil. A year for a football coach.
