Here is the MOSI Location changed to North/South:

Also I was not able to change the orientation of the stadium to North/South to fit in the Fowler Fields location without altering the size of the stadium

Just do it like they do at South Carolina. EVERY car on one side (let's say Fowler) goes east and CANNOT turn north until I-75. EVERY car on the other (Fletcher) goes west and CANNOT turn south until they reach I-275.

When we went up for the game we literally rode five miles away from the stadium, turned around and came right back by the other side of the stadium. People will learn which side they want to park on.

I think we can design our stadium to be in the shape of our Iconic U logo. How badass would that be?

It would look badass but don't know how ideal that would be in regards to seating. Could cause a lot of obstructed views.
