He's been looking around, vocally, for a long time.  Don't know if the depth & youth concerned him, or the poor play thus far of our Bulls.  Or, sometimes bigger programs come calling and/or you want to leave the area.  Not happy with the decommit, but not surprised in the slightest.

Probably didn't help that Mack is a freshman. He would have a huge mountain to climb to get 1st team reps anytime in the near future.

Mack AND Johnson ... but who knows why he decommitted ... just like who really knows why he committed. Waste of time trying to read kids' minds on stuff like this. We'll just scratch him off the list and move on.
