He's been looking elsewhere for a LONG time. I'm surprised it took this long honestly.

He was evaluated as the most talented recruit we had committed and at 5'10 190, he is anything but tiny. 

 

Maybe he saw Mack and Johnson and decided he could walk into a starting role easier somewhere else, who knows. 

 

What I do know, is that he's been looking elsewhere for months and this is no surprise.

Yeah, depth at RB is pretty good. Mack turned out to be awesome and Johnson is a good back up. Swanson is our change of pace bruiser of the future and Trevon Sands likely will play RB also.

rb is not a need this year and karan isn't stupid he wants to play.  our skill positions are pretty good.  we need the talented big uglies to run the power run, more beef up upfront on d, a legitimate stud de, and a stud qb if flowers doesn't work out or white with new line stay inaccurate.  we just need what we need.
