For what its worth, the ESPN Scout grade for White (77) is better than what they rated Floyd (76) and Daniels (74) during their recruitment.

Yes and yes. We are going to be a run first team so the qb is going to need to protect the ball and have good accuracy. I think if both qb's are close to each other White will come out on top. Eveld isn't going to take us anywhere. If Eveld shows marked improvement this spring then he may win the job for now. But really if White shows that he can be a competent qb from the get go, then why not start him. Give him 4 years of starting.

@BullsFan- no. He needs to add some weight to thy frame. I'd redshirt him. For what it's worth, I think the starter is already on the roster.

Believe it or not, I think Floyd gets the nod. Just a gut feeling. I thought Eveld looked better in the Miami game tho. I just can't see White start as a true frosh.

I think we need a JUCO patch at QB so we don't have to rush White. UL just signed one today. We better be looking.
