Hot take: the defense will be better than the offense for the first 4 to 6 games.

From what CAG said before camp started, they would only have two scrimmages. This weekend they will do some film study. Next week is supposed to be a mock game week before the first actual game week.

I could see that...the offense will definitely have a bigger learning curve but I think they should start to hit stride around the Rice or Navy game. 

Famu they should be ok...but definitely will struggle some vs WKU and Bama to get going.

If we cant go 0.500 in conference play  with this year's conference schedule we may  want to seriously reconsider paying $300,000,000 plus million for a stadium.  WE could suck for a few more years and finance the stadium when we get a better economy.

Think yesterday we switched from fall camp mode to WKU game prep.

may get a better idea of the depth chart with whose getting the most reps now
