Apparently there were 14 drives in total and the offense failed to score on the first 9 drives. Hopefully, this is just an indication that it takes the offense a little longer to click than the defense and not an indication that the talent on the offensive side of the football has dramatically decreased. Back in the days when we were a great football team, this was almost always the case at practice/scrimmages/spring games, etc. Hopefully an indication that our defense no longer blows.

CAG mentioned it on his presser, about the offense being behind, because it's something totally new to most of them ... basically the 2 minute offense run the whole gam. True Freshman Stantavious Smith went from 260-280. Bernard Gooden went from 273 to 265. From the eye test in recent photos, Cheney looks to be in the 290s now and Rico Watson is at least in his 240s or 250s. So there are other updates that need to be made. The biggest difference of CAG from al others is that he targeted immediate size. Golesh said we're not operating at the level we need to right now. We play a game in 2 weeks and it does count.
