Isn't hiring former fau staff the same thing Scott did ? Scott also poached more successful fau staff  members. Fau was a lot better under kiffin than Taggs...  I know this guy has Bull connections but these are questionable hires.

I certainly have my reservations about Orlando. He's had some very stout defenses, but in recent years has also had some awful ones. But I'm hyped on KP's hire for DL. His results during prior stops at USF were pretty good, and I believe he's also turned out some good prospects at his other stops since he was last here as well.

KP makes the Orlando hire more tolerable. Hopefully he can recruit.

I think he is a great coach. Has a legit. It just bad optics we hire two fau coaches i guess. We shall see. All that matters is recruiting and coaching.
