I think he is a great coach. Has a legit. It just bad optics we hire two fau coaches i guess. We shall see. All that matters is recruiting and coaching.

FWIW, FAU would of rolled USF this past season.  Hopefully we can give them a game next season.

I feel he’s a proven entity from his past time here. Don’t love the DC hire, but this was too obvious, regardless whether he was another Owl.

If they would have rolled us and I mean if .... it was only because of the poor leadership the past 3 years.   I feel like those days have changed now just to see to what extent

Maybe Patrick can be the one to mend the relationship  and the university with Leavitt. I would love to see Leavitt back in any role, but I feel president of  football operations is best or some kind of analyst/advisor role. Patrick is proven and lets hope it works out this time around. The defensive line wasn't bad but they are under sized. They need help from the linebackers and secondary.

Once I figure out how to blur out faces I can post a pic of The Jim from Thanksgiving. Sat with a couple who went to Thanksgiving dinner and Jim was a guest as well.

This bothered me this round (not as much in the past).  Looks like I am in the minority so I decided to stop harping on it.

Depends what you consider 'someone's guest.'

Paul Griffin wanted him to come and told the University, all parties agreed. But in the sense that he was just someone's random +1 no shot.
