According to this article the top 3 choices in order are John Gruden, Willie Simmons, and Scott Frost in that order.

The fact the 2nd place vote doesn't care about off field issues speaks volumes about lack of awareness with the college football climate. "Come play for me but ignore the things I said in the past about black people." Yeah, I'm sure that would work out so well.

Exactly. Also, has Gruden ever coached college? Look what happened with Herm Edwards

.511 winning percentage lifetime

Made the playoffs only 5 out of his 14 full seasons

Hates young players

Falls in and out of love with QBs within a month

He's Jeff Fisher (.512 winning percentage and 6 playoff appearances in 21 seasons) except with a SB on the backs of an all time great defense from 20 years ago.

And that's before you get to the emails.

Wins don't forgive racist remarks.  He also would have to spend several months trying to explain that to parents before he plays his first game.

What were the racist remarks exactly? I searched online and he referred to an official's lips being extremely large, but that is all I found.

The lips quote is what I’m referring to. While it might not seem like a big deal to some, it’s completely unnecessary along with his other comments that were misogynistic and homophobic.
