Yup. Bus pulls up along Genshaft drive gets off the bus as fans and the band line both sides of the shaded walkway to the stadium.

I can’t wait to take my first piss off Genshaft drive behind one of those shade trees.

USF will turn its attention to a price tag and fundraising.

Thought it was interesting Kelly mentioned the stadium is gonna be between 35k - 40k, always thought it was gonna be 45k for whatever reason.

Lauren Coffee had some comments about the odds of getting a bond from the state are higher because we have Weatherford/Law. Wonder if we have our goal of what we want the stadium to be and that will require state money, and we have a backup plan of what the stadium should look like if we can't get that money.

Sounds like by the BOT meeting in June we should have some more concrete details on that. Hoping for renderings before the 2022 season!

Don't think we'll have rendering drawing for about a year.

We are in a new era of sports where fewer people go to games and expectations for amenities is higher. The strategy to prioritize club seating, space for food and drink vendors, entertainment, lounges, etc is very very wise.

Oh I completely agree. A few P5 teams with huge stadiums have already started reducing capacity with recent renovations.

35-40k can still be a fun environment too, pretty sure thats what Cincy's stadium is and they have an intimidating atmosphere

Agree completely, 35-40k would make those seats more desirable, luxury boxes bring more money. And you are correct smaller with amenities will bring in more revenue. Look at the Colorado State or SDSU stadiums which is what I think we are going after.

370,000 Alumni. IF there was a way to get a $1000 donation from most of them. USF Athletics should set up an up to date data-base with contact information on all of them. Have athletes make in person phone calls to every one of them and point blank ASK FOR a donation.
