Well 40k will definitely put more of a premium on seats especially for marquee games. I was hoping it would be closer to 50k seats but I’m sure they have reasons why. 

I am also ready for the posts complaining about having to move from the 40 yd line to the 20 or from the home side to the visitor’s side. A Smaller stadium will mean just that. My hope would be we will all be thankful and enjoy it but I work with too many people and read too many posts on here to know that will never happen. 😂

Tend to agree but, honestly, my concern is they don't complain but rather just don't buy season tix .....

This is the second podcast I listened  that discussed the fact that stadiums are shrinking due changes in behavior. No need to make it bigger than what is needed. Hopefully they will ask potential season ticket holders and gen z students what will keep them coming to the games. That analysis will be dated, but should help with understanding the needs of butts in seats.
