If it was my daughter, she'd be saying "Dad, you can't come work where I go to school.  Now I'll have to transfer."

And she'd have a valid point.  Could you imagine being the kid of an AD or a coach when things aren't going perfectly?

Personally,  I think Diaz gets one more year.  He did better than most of the FL coaches but one. He found a qb and it is year for him. He doesn't have losing record and unless they splurge on Myers there are not any top tier coaches available.

When I look for a job I'm not exactly drawn to the place that doesn't have its **** together. Hoping VPMK stays and sees the transformation of USF athletics through all the way.

FSU's AD is retiring.  Michael Kelly probably makes more sense in Tallahassee than Miami.

Although IMO, I don't see how he is an attractive candidate to be AD anywhere right now.  The two main sports, football and men's basketball has been in the toilet the entire time he has been here.  Boosters and and BOT's might think twice before bringing him in.
