Glad she is only 3 hrs away and love the vibe in college station but UF is a very good school and great atmosphere as well. TAMU is a great school. I have an MSME from there. Here's us vs BYU with 35k fans a couple years ago and the stadium looked dead. Hard for the players to feel like they have a home field advantage or get as pumped up as they would if that crowd filled a stadium. The culture of the football program seriously needs a 40/45k stadium so home games stop looking like this.
