We do not make jack squat at RJS even though we have second in line status after the Bucs.   The Bucs make the majority of the money at our home games.

While an OCS will cost USF money, they would eventually turn a profit because all of the profits from concessions and parking would to to USF.   Even if USF contracted out the concessions and parking to a 3rd party management, USF would still have a better split of the profits, unless we have complete morons in USF administration and they give that away.

I'm not sure all OCSs are turning profits.  Someone on here has probably looked at this in the past. After debt service, maintenance, security, cleaning up puke of drunk students, there may not be a lot of excess funds.

Only if we're talking about going forward. We already did it, 2007 WVU.

Well the OCS would probably be 40-45k which we could sell out, and the games with 30-35k people that look empty in Ray Jay would look and feel respectable

True... although 30-35k is a stretch the past few years. Heh.

This is one good thing about bench seating. You can make 25K in a 45K stadium look almost sold out (See UCF) ...

I dont care how we do it if we have success like UCF at this point.  Build it as cheap as possible and win... genius...
