Maybe CJS could run sprints before kickoff, and headbutt a few guys coming out of the tunnel. That always got everyone going.  Just saying!

He is the only coach that cared about this progrum.

He took USF to the glory days with a trailer. Giving him the IPF he will make us great.

talk about it.

Just like Rutgers brought back Schiano, and UConn brought back Edsall.

Would Leavitt ever return to the sidelines at USF?  In all seriousness, Rutgers just brought back Greg Schiano back.  Imagine if Jim would have signed that contract to go to Alabama back in 2007?  How different would everything be in college football today?

Omg a Sabanless Alabama! Who else had Saban on their shortlist in 2007?

Let's wait until Skip and Jim meet again in a couple weeks and then we can decide which to bring back.

There was a time to correct this injustice. That time has passed. CJL is not the same coach he was and we are not the same football program. Bringing him back to this does not help either one of us.

The coaches who have had the most impact on the program were from the Bay Area; Leavitt Taggart and King.   USF either fired them or let them walk away.
