He lost the championship his first year, then they changed the rules about hurry up offenses, and he's lost at least 4 games in 7 straight seasons since. In 5 of those 7 seasons he lost at least 5 games Stand corrected, FSU beat them, must have suppressed this one.

He was the OC the year they won the National Title and he was the Broyles Award winner for top assistant that year. He was a huge reason they won the Natty that year. And he may have lost 4 or more in 7 straight seasons, but he also had all winning seasons at Auburn and won 8 or more 5 of those years.

If it were a charity they would be concerned about getting the best students or the most in need of educational support but that’s not a very big factor at all and if you have made the rules where your scholarship is for a year and subject to renewal no matter what your academic standing is then you can’t really cry that people aren’t being charitable enough when you are not quite AAC material either (which is a shockingly low standard to at least be mediocre at). First comparing USF Athletics to a pro sports franchise and now this ….. Realize this is just you being you, but it’s even a more delusional you than normal. That's an interesting conversation ... you don't want to play for those guys. Their coach sucks. He only won 8 or 9 games a year in the best conference in college football. College football is minor league NFL and if they have requirements to keep you on scholarship or help you find a new better fit if they need the space why can’t fans have requirements for their charity? So, a former OC that won a national title with another team? Darn, wish we could get one of them.

My post wasn't to besmudge our current coach or our team, but simply in response to someone else's ill informed post. But if you are comparing Jeff Scott to Gus Malzahn in terms of resume ... good luck. Of course I hope he goes 0 and forever in his new gig
