There is no rational human being on the planet that can look at JMc play and find any comparison to Jameis Winston, former National Championship winner. I very much assume you are referring to JMc ability to eat crab legs or say dumb **** or something else completely unrelated to football. I would bet Puc's mom throws a tighter spiral than JMc.

I didn't say he was a replica, but the same panic response.  Maybe I should have clarified that.  Watch Jameis play and then watch some much calmer QBs like Cam or TB or even our past QBs.  There is a reason he threw so many interceptions that the Bucs traded Jameis....

Lets hope that some maturity and reps help... otherwise, what else we got?

Noah Johnson. We have Noah Johnson, the guy that for whatever reason seems to get the least opportunity even though he has the most experience.

Who knows... sometimes one little thing can cause a coach to write someone off.  Seems Noah is #2 now... but his experience definitely shows.

JMc reminds me of Jameis Winston.  Has the physical skills and probably practices well but panics in the game and make poor decisions or none at all.  Maybe this will change with time and confidence.  Maybe being named starter and getting more reps in practice will help his confidence and mental acuity.  Or maybe not..... only time will tell....

I dont think JMc goes to 7-11 and stuffs lunch meat down his pants like JW. Now I have heard of guys putting a sausage in their pants but...  JW prob has or had better skills than JMc for sure but, I dont beleive that he ever really lived up to expectations or his talent. JMc has a ways to go...this week I'm going with-let's see how he does at Temple.

What stage of coping with grief are we at?

The five stages of grief

Denial: “This can’t be happening to me.”

Anger: Why is this happening? Who is to blame?”

Bargaining: “Make this not happen, and in return I will ____.”

Depression: “I’m too sad to do anything.”

Acceptance: “I’m at peace with what happened.”

Most of us are between 4 and 5, if you are still angry then you have not been a fan over the last couple of years

This game is obviously pivotal...Scott wants (needs) to have a starter in place...McCloud's performance against and terrible ECU defense gave him enough comfort (fools gold)...now if McCloud has a solid game this week I'll change my tune...hoping for the best...
