I'm not ruling out a victory against BYU. I think we might be getting better, but it's hard to tell until I see us handle a team in the top 100. To this point in the season though, we're arguably worse than the 5 teams BYU has played so far. Doesn't mean we can't improve.

We beat a below average fcs team and the worst team in fcs and lost to a bottom 25 fbs team... This byu game is a good test to see if we are improving.

BYU is about as average as it gets. We will see if we are average.

I am not predicting one way or the other. There defense has been trash, but they have scored points against pac 12  programs. We have only scored points in garbage times or against Uconn and SC State. This will be a good game to take the fan googles off and evaluate if we are improving or are bad.

They are a really good test I think. We win this, I think that is a sign that we are beginning to improve. BYU is probably better than GT, who we couldn't manage to get a W against early on. Winning here would be a good sign. Following that is @ Navy, which I believe will be difficult, but winnable, then ECU and Temple at home. Six wins and a bowl trip are far more within reach if we manage a win against BYU. Cincy, Memphis, and UCF look like Ls at the moment, but if we can get the offense....and confidence....rolling, who knows.
