yes the man can do that. don't pay your taxes and see what the man can do. don't pay your student loans and see what the man can do. don't pay your traffic tickets and see what the man can do.

In the state of Florida? Because in the state of Florida running a stop sign is a moving violation not a criminal violation. So that had to be another state. 

And for a court date to be initially given on a ticket it has to be a criminal offense meaning the kid had a suspended license and knew it but drove anyway and got caught. Knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked.

When you bring facts into the equation, it totally ruins the story. But it would be fun to believe cops were picking people up from their homes for unpaid tickets.
