odd thing is CJL is more likely to be the HC at KSU than he is coming back to USF.

Nothing wrong about that-- it is pretty rare for any coach to make a return appearance-- sort of why finding good examples is hard to do.

You are correct. He has people there who would love to have him back in the fold. But the old man is trying to set up a legacy arrangement with his son taking over and many are trying to shut that down. Will be interesting to see what happens. CJL has paid his dues and KSU would be the perfect place for him.

yes-- we have talked about this-- I did not say he was getting that job. Just that he has  a better chance of ending up there than a USF retread

The social media world led by the loons on the left will never let Jim Leavitt have a head coaching gig again on the D1 level. Just won't happen...

Hahaha. Kansas has laws against teaching evolution in public school. The left isn’t his problem at KSU.

This year we won our first 7 games (including ACC/Big 10 OOC games) then took a nosedive in conference play. Sounds like we already hired CJL back.

Dude assulted a player. He's never going to associate with USF ever again.

Allegedly, or, did you forget that USF paid a settlement to keep him from filing a wrongful termination suit? Not saying he didn't do it, but, there must not have been enough conclusive evidence to make it a solid win for USF.

Do you think CJL would want to walk into the middle of that pissing match?

If it’s the only offer he has for a head coach? Yes I do.

Really because the other 49 don’t teach intelligent design! So who has the problem?
