GAME DAY vs Cincinnati

Following a rare home loss and with its first two-game skid since dropping three straight early in the 2015 season, USF begins a two-game road swing against two teams above the Bulls in the AAC East Division standings. The Bulls have won the last three meetings vs. Cincinnati, including a 45-20 win in their last trip to Nippert Stadium in 2016. The Bulls are 2-5 all-time at Cincinnati. USF has lost back-to-back conference games for the first time since the last two games of 2014 (Memphis and UCF). The Bulls last three-game conference skid came in 2013. With possible temperatures in the 30’s at kickoff, it would mark the Bulls’ first kickoff below 40 degrees since falling 31-6 at Rutgers on Dec. 7, 2013.

VS. RANKED: USF will be facing its first ranked opponent since falling at No. 12 UCF (49-42) on Nov. 24, 2017. USF is 0-1 vs. ranked foes under Charlie Strong and 11-23 all-time. The Bulls’ last victory over a ranked team came vs. No. 22 Navy (52-45) in 2016. USF’s last road win vs. a ranked team came at No. 16 Notre Dame (23-20) on Sept. 3, 2011.

ROAD WARRIORS: USF has gone 13-3 away from Tampa (10-3 in true road games) in the last three seasons and has won six of its last eight conference road games. The Bulls are averaging 40.5 ppg in their last 16 games away from Tampa, failing to score at least 30 just twice.

BARNETT CLOSING ON 3,000: Having passed for 322 yards in Saturday’s loss to Tulane, Blake Barnett enters this weekend’s game with 2,400 passing yards, 9th on the USF season charts, and closing quickly on the first 3,000-yard passing season in program history. Barnett ranks 19th nationally and third in The American passing for 267.2 yards per game and 16th nationally and third in The American in total offense (301.8 ypg).

We can’t handle even the slightest bit of adversity without melting down.

Wait, is “we” TBP or the actual team?

It’s going to be below 30 degrees during the game.

😂 Great way to start off this thread.

I'm gonna be at a wedding this game and watching on my phone and checking in.

Classic fall night and great for playing football. Clear skies no wind, once  they start running around they will be loving it.

Fall is like 50 degrees. 30 degrees is Winter.  Maybe 30 is Fall in Canada.

I'd like to think of UC as the closest thing that we have to a real rival.

We've been playing against them non-stop every year in a conference since 2002, which actually says a lot considering our history.

They also ruined our 2009 season with Collaros.

I hope both teams end up in the same P5 sometime in the near future.

Let's get that W today bulls! 🤘
