USF looks way better to anyone (with a brain) over trying to fix Maryland IMO.

Insane. CCS will make this an conference champion if you give him time. His third and fourth year at Louisville were pretty amazing.

Would you say no to a few million more dollars to do the same job? Almost any normal person would take a few million to do the same job. CCS isn't a normal person though considering he makes a few million a year already. A more accurate question is: At 58 years old, would you take a 3-5% pay raise to do the same job at a company with more name recognition, knowing that the work will be a lot more difficult because of the company's environment and current standing in public opinion?

I do however, hope OCSG does. If at all possible. Despite my rants, CCS is and will continue to be good for USF. Maryland is one of just a handful of states in which local governments levy their own personal income taxes in additional to the statewide income tax with a top rate of 5.75%. Specifically, counties in Maryland collect income taxes with rates ranging from 1.75% to 3.2%. So CCS would have to see around a 10% increase in base pay before he would see any real benefit.

Maryland, sucks and always have sucked. Maryland is cold and sucks. Tampa is sunny, warm, has beaches and is in a superior state! lol Charlie is a man who is NOT swayed by money. He still wears slippers and socks to the airport. He wants a legacy not just a paycheck.

They both are doing waaaaay worse than Taggart.
