Last mens team we had that "won ugly" was just a few plays away from the Sweet 16. I will take ugly wins any day.

Yep, and the one of the computers had ucf #1 last year. Same computer has us at what, 15 or something? The computers are not more correct than a block of human voters...

That was one computer. The final composite had UCF at 8 and Alabama at 1. Yes they are....

I reserve the right to complain about the ugly win.

We may be the worst 5-0 team in all of college football, but there are 119 other teams that wish they were the worst 5-0 team in all of college football! If it were easy to win 5 straight games, irrespective of the competition, there would be more than 8% of the FBS that was still undefeated.

Semi-objective.  Someone had to write the code that places different weight to certain data points like, margin of victory, etc.  So, while there's no, "eye test" it's not completely objective.

This is true that the value of each data point may not be objectively placed but at least how to come in first could be ascertained and accomplished. Plus I’m guessing no one has directly in their code must be in the P5 and give preference to the SEC, the committee not so much.

I've almost forgotten that we're still 5-0 after all the hate our team has taken for winning every game this season so far.

And it’s even worse outside this board ...

I don't think we're as good as our record indicates.

Huh?  How can you know that?  The evidence is what it is, no?

I agree. The evidence is we’ve made the plays to win every game we’ve played so how can the team be better?

Oklahoma Texas last week: one of the best games all year. Oklahoma comes roaring back only to lose. Great game but they munched on that L.  I bet they wanted to win ugly. I prefer munching on W’s no matter how it’s served.

Don't know if you're fishin' here or not.  Record wise they can't be better.  Performance wise, let's start with less penalties.
