This also has UK over A&M and LSU over UF. It isn’t a push to say we have looked less than impressive. I’m confident we can beat everybody on the schedule IF we can put a full 60 mins together. We really haven’t up to this point.

The eye test is just an oppressive term created by those with power in the college football world in order to make sure the haves stay haves and the have nots stay where they belong. There is a reason there is no set objective criteria for the playoffs and it’s so they can say buzz words like eye test which really just means you aren’t blue blooded enough to make it. Any time someone tries to sell you on nuances it means they are full of **** and just doing what they want to benefit them.

God, I so hope our players are hearing this... We just might be the worst 5-0 team in all of football. We aren't winning any beauty contests with a lot of ugly play. I guess Cinci might be worse. We'll see soon enough.

The prettiest team doesn't always win. Sometimes you have a team that grinds along all season, slowly getting better and better and by the end of the season, they're standing with the conference trophy. We were anointed conference champions once before, then we lost to a Temple team that just slugged along all season matching us win for win... then we played them, and they beat us. We were heavy favorites and played in their home stadium. So I like where we are. I still think we're getting better. 2 minutes ago, MikeG said: It would be great to be the worst 12-0 team in football something to shoot for I guess. exactly!
