Interesting in that the Offense only starts 2 seniors.

Looking at the weights has me scared AF about Tech.

They are lighter mostly at DT about 10 or so lbs and MLB about 20lbs with Auggie ...this could be one of the fastest defenses we have fielded  so as long as o is moving ball and can put up points we should be ok.

Isn't this only the depth chart for this week? Maybe they are stratigizing differently this week than they will next.

Wow. If they're faster than the defense that featured Mike Jenkins, Tre Williams, Jerome Murphy, Nate Allen, Tyrone McKenzie and George Selvie (all with NFL caliber speed at their positions), I'd be shocked. This depth chart does not inspire confidence in the defense.

The #8 car returning KO's?  I can't believe we would expose our #1 in that role.

I'm not sure if you're kidding.  It's pretty normal in college to put your best players/player back there.  To ease your comfort I can run down a list of guys... some of whom were heisman contenders.

not sure why... we run a 3-3-5 gab attacking defense. I'd be more scared if we had too many guys who couldn't run it.  The only 300 pounder we lost from the Dline was Senat.  Hector was at his biggest at 296 last season.  Pikney, Kegler, and Bronson have all actually gotten bigger.  Strong Defenses are predicated on speed, we're a blitzing team that attacks.  This is also not the smallest Dline we've had but it may be the deepest.  For what we do, we're fine.

No, I'm not kidding.  I wouldn't do it with arguably our top receiver.  Not sure what others do affect me/us.  Is the juice worth the squeeze in our case.  We shall see.

Go Bulls!

I am thinking this is just a Clerveaux appreciation start.  We shall see Saloaman start next week. I think we saw this last year when Mccants did not start the game.
