Four years ago 75% of this board wanted CWT fired - today FSU's prime target. Clear example of how "sometimes" we all need to not overreact - Love the fire CCS posts after year one (9-2). There's a reason the AD hired him and not you. Maybe it will be a bad hire but way too early to make that call

He should definitely not be fired after one year.  Industry standard is 3-4 years.  Which is why Willie was on the hot seat going into year 3 (and came out the gate bad as well).
