What taggart said was warranted the undercutting was not. But hey money over lives. Got it!! It was one of the two moments I really loved Taggart. I despised Harlan for being so easily jerked by his leash. Also, the Columbia is very overrated. Gonzmart even admitted later there are real problems with Ybor, but I guess only he is allowed to say that.

It makes me sick that USF would do that to CWT just to get a little more money.

The process is moving forward. LINK (2) Harlan is still a target, according to this source (dated Jan. 25th). Quote USF AD Mark Harlan: Obvious candidate who carries the presumption of interest (on both sides) because of his status as an Arizona alum and connections to the football program. Knows the challenges and the major players, not only on campus but off. Understands life in the Pac-12 after serving as the No. 2 to Dan Guerrero at UCLA. Just added an impressive line to his resume by hiring Charlie Strong after USF lost Willie "Cash" Taggart to Oregon. Cannot imagine he won’t at least be a finalist. Harlan has been fine and sometimes great (he has to get credit for the masterful CCS hire), and replacing him would set us back. How much, tough to say. I for one would like to see Judy try and keep him.

You and I could have hired CCS especially after FCWT called him to tell him to take the job. Jury is still out.
