He saved a relationship with a key donor after Taggart said something stupid.  Taggart is obviously no worse off for it.

I don't agree. What taggart said was warranted the undercutting was not. But hey money over lives. Got it!!

It's a little bit of both.

Taggart shouldn't have been so absolute about his players, and Gonzmart shouldn't be so naive about Ybor.

It's little secret. the later it gets the worse the area becomes. Like they said in "How I Met Your Mother",

"Nothing good happens after 2AM"

Harlan hasn't done anything much besides getting CCS to USF. He's made some nice looking hires in non revenue sports but that's not how ADs are judged. It wouldn't be a huge loss imo.

If he did nothing but get CSS to USF he did a lot. That was the biggest score possible at the biggest possible time.

I hate to see anyone leave while we've got some positive momentum going. That said, I'm glad he got us CSS before he leaves, if that's what in fact happens.

Make Charlie Strong AD if this happens. Maybe D'ernest Johnson.  j/k

I thought Tony Dungy was our AD?

Tucson is such a toilet. How anyone could make it their home is questionable, other than it's the home of a P5 turd. No hot dog environment there.

You are allowed to disagree, even if you are wrong. :)

It is still a free country, I think.
