Boise is the Texas of the Mountain West; they leveraged staying in the MW for bigger payola after the Big East tried luring them after the Pitt/Syr./WVU/Louisville defections. They don't have a monetary incentive to leave the MW, unless it significantly trumps what Boise makes now.
