I think that's a great idea.  They'll remember that more than anything else you might have taught in your history class.  Especially if you tell them the Joker is the son of Mel Gibson and fights the Redcoats.

Yes, Canvas makes it easy to do that. We finally dropped Backboard last year and switched to Canvas. It is an excellent platform for on line delivery.

Wow. I had Karlins in 77-79. He was definitely a poker player who published some books on it. Great professor who's been at USF for 42 years! Unreal.

I remember him...I think it was "Marketing-101" in the auditorium with three-hundred close personal friends.

Also...I forget the channel...but he had a speaking part on one of those one-hour shows about "inside Vegas" or "Vegas secrets"...some such thing, where he was talking about the odd of winning x-games, the house advantage etc. He also has a book out, "Psyching Out Vegas" along with a handful of others. One thing I remember from his class was his story about the "silent partners" associated with the adult book store bidness in Tampa.

he was the guy that made us watch rudy? If so, I remember just being happy I could take a nap in that morning class after working the night shift.
