Yeah I was considering if it was the St. Pete bowl, even then I'd have bought thru Stub Hub. Still not giving USF athletics any more money.

no offense, but you're full of crap. You want usf to be big time? How do you propose we get there if fans and alumni won't donate?

Agreed.  I bought 4 tickets thru USF.  Probably could have got them cheaper on the secondary market but I looked at it like a donation.

I had to beg, borrow, steal and reschedule just to be able to get off in time to watch it on TV live. 

 

Thatll likely be the story with a lot so if we can sell even half the allotment I think that looks pretty good.

I don't think we'll sell out our allotment. If we have 4K USF fans there, I think that'd be a success. We have quite a few alumni already living in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties so I think those along with however many travel from the west coast of Florida, will put us at about 4K peeps. I also agree with Jim that many will likely purchase tickets via stub hub or some other secondary ticket resource.

Also family members of players from that area should be a nice number. too ...

I'm going with a group of five alums.  Flying in from Dallas, and two others are flying in from Atlanta and Birmingham, and two from Tampa.  Go Bulls.

Will be flying down with my bride in the morning and back on the last American flight that night.  This worked out nicely, as it will give me Exec Platinum for next year!

I will be there with my best friend. Wouldn't miss it, especially after what USF football has been through. Showing all the support possible right now is a key to our success.
